Scott Raney is a Partner with Redpoint Ventures focusing on information and consumer technology with a particular emphasis on cloud software and services, data center infrastructure and mobile applications. Scott has led or been involved with Redpoint's investments in Heroku, Cloud.com, adap.tv, Jumptap, Simplegeo and Branchout. Prior to Redpoint, Scott worked at NorthPoint Communications and Bain & Company. Scott holds a BSEE, with high distinction, from Duke University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
